Reservations

You can reserve seats on international trains via the following telephone numbers: +381 11 360 28 99. The reservation is valid for 24 hours from the time of booking. Opening hours of the Reservation Center are from 09:00 to 17:00.
It is not possible to pre-reserve seats for trains from domestic traffic.

Seat reservation
When buying a ticket, the passenger can also buy a seat reservation for a certain train, on the day of the trip or in advance, but no earlier than two months before the date of the intended trip. Trains and cars to be reserved are listed in the timetable. The seat reservation certificate is issued only with the appropriate ticket.
The reserved seat should be taken by the passenger no later than 15 minutes after the departure of the train from the station from which the seat is reserved. If the seat is not taken within this period, it is considered free for other passengers.
Reservation of seats in cars with beds
For the use of bearings in trains in which cars with bearings operate, it is necessary to pay an allowance for the use of bearings for the specified route and type of train, in addition to having a valid 2nd class ticket. Passengers are provided with seats in cars with beds in sections with 4 or 6 beds per section.
If there are free beds, the passenger can also buy a bed ticket from the accompanying car with the beds. The berth must be taken by the passenger no later than 15 minutes after the departure of the train from the station from which the berth was reserved.
One bed can be used by a maximum of two people, one adult and a child up to 10 years old. Children from 6 to 14 years old who use the bed independently pay the full price of the bed and half the price of the ticket. Children up to 6 years old, if using the bed independently, pay the full price of the bed and half the price of the ticket.


Reservation of a place in the sleeping car
To use the beds in the sleeping car on a certain route, the passenger must have a ticket, as follows:
• 1st class for a bed in a single category cabin (1 bed),
• 2nd class for a double bed (2 beds) and
• 2nd class for a bed in a cabin of the tourist category (3 beds).
One bed can be used by a maximum of two people, one adult and a child up to 10 years old. Children from 6 to 14 years old who use the bed independently pay the full price of the bed and half the price of the ticket. Children up to 6 years old, if using the bed independently, pay the full price of the bed and half the price of the ticket.
The seat in the sleeping car must be taken by the passenger with the appropriate train and bed tickets, no later than 15 minutes after the train leaves the station from which the seats are reserved.
Before buying tickets, passengers have the option of pre-booking a seat (seat, bed or bed) by calling 011 / 360-28-99.
Pre-booking a seat in this way can be done no earlier than 2 months before the date of travel. The pre-booked seat must be picked up within 24 hours of booking by phone. If the pre-reservation of the place is made at the moment when there are less than 24 hours left until the departure of the train, the reservation must be taken over at the sales points of “Srbija Voz” a.d. no later than 2 hours before the departure of the train (up to 3 hours for pre-reserved seats for tracked cars).
Pre-reservations can be made for seats on trains that operate in domestic traffic, as well as international traffic to Montenegro. Places under special offers (“Ljubljana Special”, “Zagreb Special”, etc.) as well as seats in other international trains cannot be pre-reserved in this way.
One call can be pre-booked at most:
• 6 seats – 1 section
• 6 beds in a car with 6 beds (Bc) – 1 section
• 4 beds in a car with 4 beds (Ac) – 1 section
• 6 tourist beds (2 sections) or 4 double beds (2 sections) or 2 single beds (2 sections)
Pre-reserved seats can be picked up at points of sale where there is electronic ticket sales.
